About Hershberger Painting

Sarasota Painters With More Than 40 Years of Local Experience

Hershberger Painting has been serving homeowners and businesses throughout the Sarasota area for more than 40 years. Founded by Merlin Hershberger, our company was built on skilled craftsmanship, honest service, and the belief that a painting project should be handled with care from start to finish.

Today, Hershberger Painting is run by Doug Hershberger, continuing the same family commitment to quality with a team of exceptional craftsmen behind the brush. From interior painting to exterior painting, our goal is simple: deliver a clean, professional, detail-focused experience that makes your home or property look its best.

Proud to Serve Sarasota and the Surrounding Area

As a Sarasota painting company, we understand the homes, neighborhoods, and climate conditions that make this area unique. Interior spaces need clean, lasting finishes that fit your home and lifestyle. Exterior surfaces need the correct preparation and paint coatings that can stand up to Florida heat, humidity, rain, and sun exposure.

Hershberger Painting serves Sarasota and Manatee Counties, including Sarasota, Bradenton, Venice, Lakewood Ranch, Nokomis, Longboat Key, Osprey, and Siesta Key.

A Local Painting Company Built on Trust

When you invite a painting crew into your home, trust matters. You want to know who is showing up, how the work will be handled, and whether your home will be treated with respect.

That is why Hershberger Painting focuses on clear communication, careful preparation, and a white-glove experience. We take the time to protect your space, prepare the surfaces properly, and complete the details that make the finished project feel polished.

Whether we are repainting interior walls, refreshing trim and doors, repairing drywall, painting a stairwell, or updating the exterior of a Sarasota home, we approach each project with the same level of care.
